                           Instruction of Water-based Acrylic adhesive( Glue)

Componets: FR-803 water-based acrylic glue is milk white liquid, polymerized by crylic acid and imported activator-assistant material

Characteristic: FR-803acrylic glue has the characteristic of high initial adhesion, strong adhesion, anti-aging, anti-frozen, Non-poison, Non-smell, Easy-using etc.

Application: FR-803acrylic glue mainly used on coating for BOPP packing tape, stationery tape, label, double-sided tape, duct tape etc.

Environmental Capability: FR-803acrylic glue does not append formaldehyde, benzene and heavy metal, healthful to person, accord with SGS standard

Usage: Under tempertue 80-110, it is widely used by machine-coating, hand-coating and silk-screen coating

Attention: Not allowed to adjusting denseness by using water, not allowed to be used together with other impregnant admixture, non-edible, if spatter on skin, mouth and eyes, please flush by clean water immediately. Before using, it will be better filtrating by 40-60 mesh nylon

Storage: 1. under circumstance of dry and cool, temp. 5-35

          2. To avoid rainy, insolation and anti-frozen

          3. Belong to non-danger objective, accord with non-danger objective transportation rules, transportaion under circumstance of anti-hig temperture and anti-frozen

          4. 6 months lifetime, under circumstance of passing lifetime, please check if the white glue has some exceptional phenomenon, for instance: with solid and smell, if no

exceptional phenomenon, it still can be used
